I am a dedicated counseling psychologist with over seven years of experience in mental health and well-being. I am the founder of Ithihas Psychology Counseling & Hypnotherapy Center, operating in two locations in Hyderabad (Moosarambagh & Manikonda). As the President for Hyderabad District in the Telangana Psychologists Association, I am deeply committed to advancing mental health awareness and support in the community.
My Professional Journey Includes
- Two years at Asha Hospital, providing expert psychological care.
- One year as a psychologist at Telangana Social Welfare Schools, supporting students' mental well-being in schools and colleges.
- Conducting numerous workshops and seminars across schools and colleges in Hyderabad, promoting mental health awareness.
- Successfully assisting over 300 individuals struggling with extreme suicidal thoughts, guiding them toward hope and healing.
- Helping countless individuals overcome stress, anxiety, and emotional distress, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.
